Cisco ACS 3415 SSH not working.

Good Day,

Guys my ACS 3415 is accessible with https but when I try to do SSH It is not working..I can check port status by telnet on port 22 and its opening..

Server-Farm1#telnet 172.x.x.x 22
Trying 172.x.x.x, 22 ... Open
SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_5.9

Any suggestion for fixing pls?

Hi Ahmed,

Can you please confirm if you have "service sshd" configured on the ACS ?
You can not use credentials created on GUI so try using the one that you initially configured on console while setup or create another in CLI and test.

Which credentials are you using ? Can you confirm if they are correct credentials ?
