Cisco ACS 4.2 - Only Certain Commands

Hello, we are using an older version of Cisco ACS version 4.2.  I am looking to see if we can enable certain groups to do only certain commands.  We are using the web interface for this.  All show commands are ok but we would also like to have them do switchport access vlan commands within the interface configuration but nothing else from global configuration mode.  Right now this is only for switches.  Is there a way to do this?
