as far as i know, the answer is no
you need to use
Monitoring Configuration > System Operations > Log Message Recovery.

by default, each ACS have an local log. ( it will deleted after 7 days <-- default value ) , you can change that value on :
System administration -> Configuration -> Log Configuration -> Local Log Target ( i'm looking in ACS 5.4 )
