Cisco ACS 5.5

Cisco ACS 5.5 getting webpage cannot be displayed error(http 404 Not found). Cannot access the ACS through ssh and router,switches authentication not working. 

We are bale to ping ACS Server, All the services are running,.

We tried reboot , application restart. we tried this command acs config-web-interface reset enable. it is giving error failed to enable.

Can you get console access? If so what is the output of the following command:

show application status acs

Hmm, I guess it is possible that you somehow got your DB corrupted. I am out of ideas...perhaps someone else can chime in or you can reach out to Cisco TAC.
