Cisco ACS - Can't log in

I am unable to log in to the Cisco ACS server via the web. It has been working preivous, but suddenly will not allow me to log in. The CSADMIN service is running and the server has been rebooted several times. I'm running version 2.6

Any ideas?

Any chance you locked out the admin account?

If so, you can unlock it via the registry:

hkey_local_machine\software\cisco\ciscoAAAv2.6\csadmin\security

Look for the values "LockoutCheck" and "LockoutCount" and set them to 0. Reboot or restart your services and you should be able to get in.

If you forgot the password, you should be able to go to:

hkey_local_machine\software\cisco\ciscoAAAv2.6\csadmin\administrators\ADMIN NAME

Set the password field to blank.
