I recieve a failed attempt when dialling in to the network and using Safeword key token to authenticate with the Cisco ACS the Error is "Eternal DB reports Error condition" Any help please.

I am not sure of the version you are using but I found some authentication issue with safeword key token in the following release notes. Please check if this is your case and use the workaround suggested

Thanks for that information it is useful. But the I have implemented the fix, Basically if you remove safeword server at any time and the reinstall it and configure it, A file called swec.dat is created on the ACS server and it just requires deleting this is a fix from the tech team at safeword.
