Hi,
I have some queries regarding on the report generation for on Cisco ACS v5.2 that I needed some advice.
1) Can we schedule to run a customized report on ACS and then email the report to the user?
2) Can we run a users authentication trend report based on the AD directory group rather than individual user.
3) Can we configure user authentication logs to be viewed on WCS.

Just replying on number 3 : yes, WCS interfaces easily with ACS 5.x to display user authentication logs

Hi Nicolas,
Thanks for the reply.
However, I would like to check on how can that be achieve? The reason being that I have configured the added the Cisco ACS v5.2 into the WCS (either on port 80 or 443) and when we try to query the users' authentication logs on the WCS from the ACS v5.2, we encounter an error. I have attached the error message. Please advice.
Thks and Rgds

The only thing I saw is that the ACS view is not configured correctly. Are you sure that there is connectivity from WCS to ACS on port 443 ? That the web gui admins are typed in the WCS ?

Hi Nicolas,
I will double confirm on that.

Hi Nicolas,
I have checked. The ACS and WCS are in the same subenet. Could it be a compability issue for WCS 6.0.196.0 to query user authentication from ACS v5.2?

I've never heard of such an issue.
