Cisco_AP_Wifi_AAA_SOMETIMES_Failure

Dear All

I am using Cisco 2500 controller and AIR-CAP1702I-S-K9 as the APs, one of my SSID is using the 802.1X as AAA Auth ([WPA2][Auth(802.1X)]), but sometimes (Not specific) it seem failed to auth with someone (Not specific).

I have checked there are below format of error in the WLC. Do any one know why it occurred?

Client Excluded: MACAddress:e4:a3:18:3c:d6:dc Base Radio MAC :00:6b:f1:b1:c0:c0 Slot: 1 User Name: unknown Ip Address: unknown Reason:802.1x Authentication failed 3 times. ReasonCode: 4
