Cisco ISE 2.3 Patch 5 - Guest Type problem With Sponsor Portal

Hello everyone ,

We started to face a problem with extent accounts from sponsor portal on ISE .

When we tried to extent the account which is not yet expired we get error

" the period between start and end date exceeds maximum duration configured on guest type "

When we try to edit the account to extened from there we get the below on users account info (see attachment) .

It seems that is fills by its own values to duration .

If we can the value from 41 to 7 it works but why it prefills the 41 value ? and cannot extend the account

while i importing the right max days ?

Did the same behavior happen before patch 5? Or is this something new? If new please open a tac case

The behavior is new this is not happening before or we did not notice that is happening .

I thought to ask people here first before opening a TAC .

So is there anyone else facing familiar problem ?
