Hello Team,

we have Cisco ISE PAN, SAN and 6 PSN..

PAN , SAN and few PSN are showing around 100% memory utilization.. but not giving any error.

Recently we have installed certificate on PSN and due to that they have rebooted as well but still memory utilization is high..

Version : 2.7.0.356
Build Date : Thu Nov x 02:21:59 2019
Install Date : Sat May x 12:19:27 2021

Cisco Identity Services Engine Patch
---------------------------------------------
Version : 3
Install Date : Sun May 0x 12:53:45 2021

Pls advise.

Hyper-V.

one PAN, another SAN, Monitoring and 2ndry monitoring node + 8 PSN

total end point on the dashboard 1lakh 10 thousand.

vDisk Size

1200 GB

vRAM

for mnt and pan -> disk is 1200GB and for rest 200GB

 - Allocate some more vram to a (test) node , check if that can help , then evaluate increasing vram for other nodes too.

Hi @anilkumar.cisco ,

 to check your platform:

ise/admin#  show tech-support

...

also ... at Administration > System > Deployment > select the PSN > tab Profiling Configuration, please check the Probes that you are using.

Hope this helps !!!

Please clarify how you measuring the memory utilization. Depending on the means, it might be normal. Good to check tech-support as Marcelo Morais suggested.
