Cisco ise 3.0 guest access can send email to specific email for approv

I try to implement cisco ise guest access and sponsor approve so can i create flow for after guest already register guest can specific email for send email to approve

If I got you correctly, a guest can specify an email as Person being visited, which is the person to approve the request.
