Cisco ISE 3.1 patch 8 upgrade

We are planning to upgrade our ISE version 3.1 patch 3 to patch 8.

Are there any issues experienced with this particular patch?

Please look at the "Open Caveats in Cisco ISE Release 3.1 - Cumulative Patch 8" in this link, it seems it has only one open caveat:

So far we have not experienced any issue with the new upgrade.
