We recently discovered that the ISE SMS integration with Twilio suddenly stopped working what appears to be around mid-December. This is an HTTP API integration with Twilio for outbound SMS delivery of guest credentials. We have double-checked the FW logs, and the traffic appears to be permitted. This could also be something that changed within Twilio, but it appears the traffic is not reaching Twilio. Is anyone aware of any recent changes or seen any issues with Twilio integrations and Cisco ISE? We upgraded to ISE 3.1 last July, and this has been working until mid December. We have the Digicert root CA certificates loaded in ISE. There have been no config changes in ISE recently. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
