Good morning
A few days ago I tried to connect through BYOD and iPad with the new iPad OS, but it wasn't possible to complete the task, the reason was that the new iPadOS can't open files to AirOS, so the agent to run the BYOD process could not to be open and start the onboarding process.
Anyone know how to handle this, we authenticate the iPad through MAB for the moment.
Stay pending to any answer, thanks a lot.

Could you give us more details like the exact error message, screenshots, etc.? On iOS 12.x and later the OTA provisioning does not automatically prompt to install the certificates or profiles if that is the issue you are running into.
From the ISE compatibility page:
If you are using Apple iOS 12.2 or later version, you must manually install the downloaded Certificate/Profile. To do this, choose Settings > General > Profile in the Apple iOS device and Click Install
Also, ensure that you have the latest supported OS updates from Administration->System->Settings, Posture->Updates.

Did you update your posture and profiler feed services?
If still not working open a tac case
To update these services do the following:
Update profiler feed
Navigate to Work Centers > Profiler > Feeds
Click Test Feed Server Connection and after success, Click Update Now
Validate after 15 min or so that the feed is updated
Update posture feed
Navigate to Administration > System > Settings > Posture > Updates
Click Update Now
Please RATE and MARK ACCEPTED IF APPLICABLE

Hi @jfigueroa8 ,
Apart from doing Posture updates, please be aware that there was an issue with iPadOS 13.x addressed in 2.6 patch 3, 2.4 patch 11 and 2.2 patch 16.
