Cisco ISE backup & restore not working in GUI after upgrade from 1.4 to 2.0p2

Hi, 

After upgrading a Cisco ISE 1.4 distributed installation to 2.0p2 I am no longer able to do backups from the GUI. When going to the backup & restore page the "backup now" button is greyed out and no information is available on the page.

If I leave the browser at the page for 5-10 minutes the information about the last backup appears but when trying to do a backup it just gets stuck. I have tried switching browsers/flash version but the problem is unchanged.

Backing up from CLI works fine.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Have you tried different browsers or reloading the system again?

Yes, tried with Firefox, IE and Chrome and have reloaded the system, promoted secondary admin to primary and back (thought that something may have gone wrong when the personas where switched during upgrade) and reverted back to 2.0 from p2 with the same problem still....
