Hi,
I have an issue where cisco Base license is not being consumed. we have base license for 5000 users and i can see we also have active sessions but license consumption is showing as zero.
Any one has faced this situation ?

same issue - but we also do not see any plus licenses used - but System seems to run normally...

Thanks for your reply and yes i have checked and Eval Lic is no more there and only active lic is Base lic. operation is normal but lic is not being consumed. Although we have active live sessions but lic consumed is showing as 0.
Any further help ?

Hi,
I have the same kind of issue, Please check if your MnT node is reachable from PAN. You may check it in PAN Administration>certificates>system certificates> {try to check your primary MnT certificate}. And if you are getting any alert stating "Node not reachable", then check if there is any network issue between the nodes/high utilization of the server.
