i have question is cisco ise can work as dhcp server ??? and give dhcp for all endpoint

@Saeed Abd Elhalim Hamada no. That feature you've identified there is specific to Auth VLAN feature to support 3rd-party or other NADs that lack URL redirect support.

You should look to use a dedicated DHCP server such as Infoblox, Windows DHCP server etc.
