Cisco Ise Endpoint last time logged - EAT couldn't collect endpoints

Hello,

I'm trying to use the Cisco ise Eat (endpoint analysis Tool) but I receive an error with "Couldn't collect endpoints".

We have onl y18000 endpoint in our ISE. I'm using a user with admin rights (not the original admin user). The connection happen s but then the error message is coming. I m' doing this from my PC (LAn conection, windows 10) to the ise 2.4.0.357 Patch 1.2.3.

Any idee to obtain results ?
