Cisco ISE - External image/video in portal page customization

Hi,

Platform: Cisco ISE 3.0
When adding custom html using the Page Portal Customization, I have added the external image/video URL in the HTML source code in Instructional Text, Optional Content 1 or Optional Content 2 section, the image/video does not appear on preview. When I check the browser console, it shows an error related to "Content Security Policy"

Refused to load the image 
'https://media.istockphoto.com/photos/office-cisco-ip-phone-picture-id183793440' 
because it violates the following 
Content Security Policy directive: "img-src 'self' http://www.cisco.com/ data:".

I have attched the screenshot as well. How can I update Content Security Policy to use external links?

The CSP is hard-coded and cannot be modified. You would need to upload the image to ISE via the Custom Portal Files and reference it from there.
