We've implemented the self provisioning guest portal/Guest SSID and it seems to work great for internet explorer, if a user uses Google Chrome to go through the setup the password is generated, they login and accept the terms and conditions, but then they get hung up on the WLC URL and then have to start self provisioning again.
Any ideas?

David,
Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing? If you are using CWA I wouldnt think you would see the wlc virtual url? Is that what you are seeing?
Thanks,

Verify that the redirection URL specified in Cisco ISE via Cisco-av pair "URL Redirect" is correct per the following options:
•CWA Redirection URL: https://ip:8443/guestportal/gateway?sessionId=SessionIdValue&action=cwa
•802.1X Redirection URL: url-redirect=https://ip:8443/guestportal/gateway?sessionId=SessionIdValue&action=cpp

Google Chrome is not a supported browser for use with the Administrative User Interface of the Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE), Release 1.1.3 and earlier versions.
If you use Google Chrome to edit the authorization policy rules, the policy ranking order might change which impacts authorization of end users.
This issue is limited to authenticated admin users with permissions to manage Cisco ISE authorization polices. This issue does not apply to end users who use Google Chrome for web authentication for network access.
Note:
If you are using Mac OS X clients with Java 7, you cannot download the Agents using Google Chrome browser. Java 7 runs only on 64-bit browsers and Chrome is a 32-bit browser. It is recommended to use either previous versions of Java or other browsers while downloading the Agents.
Please Check the below link for compatible browsers and OS version with ISE
