CIsco ISE Guest users password expire

Hi Dear we have issue with Cisco ISE guest portal.

When new guest users with long term password are created, they are asked to change the password, but it does not function.

Any help about this.

I have one more query may be you can help. Its why base licensed is not being consumed ?

Licensed :5000 (Consumed :0)

Any idea ?

Hi,

The licensing usage should be based on radius accounting messages (start/stop).

Have you configured accounting for wired/wifi access?

I am actually new to this ISE version but where can i check in ISE whether accounting for wired/wifi  is enabled or not. Thanks

Sorry, I wasn't referring to ISE but to the network device: switch/WLC.

On ISE you don't have to configure anything regarding accounting. It will simply accept radius accounting messages for known NADs.
