Cisco ISE Hotspot Redirect error

Hi all,

I am having issues with Hotspot redirect. The guest user is getting the correct policy and tries to redirect the user but they get a error message stating " error opening page" hotspot login can not open the page because the server cannot be found.

I tried click on the portal page within the ise settings and click on the hotspot guest portal (default) portal. once in that page i click portal test url... and it redirects to another ip address that is not associated to the ise nodes or wlc. 

How can i change this ip address.. once this is changed i would think this would fix the issue

When you click on Test URL it should be redirecting to one of the PSNs in your deployment.  Any of the nodes that have Policy Service can show up in the IP field when you click Test URL.  If you are setting a different IP that is no where in your deployment then I would contact TAC.
