Cisco ISE Internal User - Change enable password

Hi Team,

We have deployed Cisco ISE Ver 3.2 in a standalone for testing. There is no AD integration. All user accounts are local.

This ISE is used for AAA services - TACACS and Radius. 

We are able to meet our requirement except one option - " changing the enable password".

With the option "password change on first login" works good for the login password. But for the enable password, the device is not prompting for password change. 

Forum says, just type enter with empty password and it will ask for the password change. It also works. But is there any other option which automatically prompts for password change on first login.

Also I'm fairly certain this is up to how the NAD is configured. Is the enable password the same as the user's password? Or is it configured to use the enable password configured on the NAD config?
