cisco ISE licenses out of compliance after upgrade

I upgraded my ISE environment from version 2.4 to 2.7 patch 2 and suddenly my Base, Apex, Tacacs and VM licenses compliance status changed to evaluation(screenshot attached).
I generated a new token from the smart license portal and renewed the smart license registration but it didn't help.
Anyone seen this yet and have a possible solution?

Thanks

The last authorization timestamps are more than 1 month ago. Please check the event log in CSSM (Cisco Software Central > Smart Software Licensing) to see any entries on your ISE instance.

If not already done, try de-registering the smart licensing in ISE, removing the product instance in CSSM before re-registering for the smart licensing in ISE. If that does not help, please engage Cisco TAC.

Thanks,

I already performed the ISE registration twice and I opened a case with TAC
but so far none of their workaround seems to work.

I was wondering if we are not experiencing the issue described in the
following documentation where ISE licenses are showing out of
compliance after an upgrade?

I did some research on the subject and here is what I found in page 1 of
the Cisco License admin guide:

*"Once you have installed or upgraded your Cisco ISE box, Traditional
Licensing is in use by default, and alllicense components are activated for
a 90-day trial period. Once you switch to Smart Licensing, and beforeyou
register your token, this evaluation period remains active for the Smart
Licensing, and the evaluationperiod includes all ISE licenses as part of
that evaluation period. During the evaluation period, consumptionis not
reported to the CSSM."*

appears what you are seeing.
