Right now we have a deployment of ISE only for wired devices, we want to enable also wireless devices, we only need authentication.
Does ISE Base License support wireless or do I need a mobility license?

Base licence will work for wireless, not a problem
Mobility licences were offered as an option for wireless and VPN deployments, but are no longer available anyway.

Thats why I'am confused, because of the mobility license and the mobility upgrade license.
Any document that confirms that base license also works for wireless?

Have a look at the ordering guide - http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/products/collateral/security/identity-services-engine/guide_c07-656177.pdf
First question on page 18 confirms this
Mobility licence was an option for deployments where only wireless and VPN was used. Then if you decided to use wired as well, you could purchase the Mobility upgrade licences. But these options are no longer available, you simply use the Base licence instead.
