I have customer whom recently upgraded from Cisco ISE 1.2 to 1.3.
I am looking at the installed licensing and it is showing that the base license has an expiration date. This seems to imply that it is not perpetual as I currently understand should be the case.
Below is a screen shot of what I am seeing.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Is the customer using "migration" based licenses that they perhaps got for free from a Cisco NAC migration?

This was not a NAC migration. They started with ISE 1.2 wireless only license and upgraded to 1.3. Now it shows as base, apex, plus for some reason.

Ahh ok. So the wireless license is now called mobility. So you will need to get Cisco to re-issue you the new license type.
