Cisco ISE OVA Install Error

I have deployed ISE using "ISE-2.6.0.156-virtual-SNS3615-SNS3655-200_2.ova" file. After the setup step, it show ISE is not running. How I have tried "application install ISE safe" but end with "getting bundle to local machine %repository not found"
