Cisco ISE PSN - SSH not working

Hi

I am unable to ssh ISE PSN, we have distributed environment with PAN and MNT nodes at a central location, Not sure it was missed in setting up the Initial configuration on enabling SSH. But I see that " service sshd enable" command is configured. When I reset the application it works for few minutes.. after that we are not able to SSH. Any help ?

ISE version? I would personally open a TAC case too.

It is 2.7.0.356

Any specific config we need it apart from sshd enable ? is there any bootstrap config needed ?

You need to be much more detailed about the exact commands you entered and what error(s) you are receiving when you are "not able to SSH".

Hi Thomas, there is no response when we SSH.. it is not asking credentials

I would recommend you run ssh -v -v hostname a few times and record the logs.  Perhaps the differences between the times it works and the times it does not work would lead to the reason for your problems.
