Did you add the user via the "+ Add" button on the page you show?

What version of ISE are you using?

Yes, i used this button.

The version is 2.7.0.356

Check that the password used adheres to the Password Policy (Administration > Identity Management > Settings), also, be certain that you select the Submit button at the bottom right corner of the page to save the user.

Yes, I know these are the basic steps, but we've all been caught on one or the other

I clicked well on the button to create the User. And when i try to create the same user again, ISE displays me a message that this user already exists. So it's in the base but it doesn't appear. For me it's a bug.

Shall i do a reload of ISE ?

Try opening the page in a new Incognito / In Private browser tab. sometimes page caching and/or cookies can cause display issues with certain elements.

Yes ! I tried it too. Not better.

Time for a reload

Hello,

We have upgrade our ISE to 3.2 but we have always the bug

@MagicSonny Your screenshot looks from ISE internal users. ISE Administrators are usually separate from the ISE Internal Users (aka Network Access users).
