Cisco ISE v3.1 Backup Failed Copy to Repository Failed

Hi All,

I'm facing an error from ISE 3.1 version that "Backup failed to copy to repository failed".

SFTP server account password expired and we have done the password reset.

Will this would be an issue that backup can be failed? 

Will this issue can be sorted out by re-configuring the SFTP server once again?

Any other reason or possibilities? Could you all help me out to understand and sort this out.

        - Check the remote SFTP(service/server)  server's logs when ISE tries to make  a backup towards the repository ,
