Cisco ISE wrongly categorizing PC as phone

We are seeing an issue where Cisco ISE is wrongly categorizing a PC as a Cisco IP phone. And it wrongly identifies it as being imported from CSV file.

Is anyone aware of any such issue with ISE? Has anybody else experienced something similar?

Well, categorizing in Cisco ISE profiling rarely seems to go wrong,I always refer the below links & it works fine

Well it sometimes does not work for us...Any more thoughts?
