Cisco ISE1.4 Patch upgrade to 11

From release note

1- Patch 11 might not work with older versions of SPW. MAC users need to upgrade their SPW to MACOSXSPWizard 2.1.0.42 or later and Windows users need to upgrade their SPW to WinSPWizard 2.1.0.51 or later.

a- How to check which SPW is installed in ISE1.4.0.253 (Patch 5).

b- I checked online there are independent SPWs available to download and install offline. How to install SPW offline?

(Supplicant Provisioning Wizard for Windows (ISE 1.3 Patch 6, ISE 1.4 Patch 6 and ISE 2.0 release and above) is available to be downloaded in ISE2.1.0

Supplicant Provisioning Wizard for Mac Version 2.1.0.42 compatible with macOS 10.12 (ISE 1.3 Patch 7, ISE 1.4 Patch 9 and ISE 2.0 release and above) is available to be downloaded in ISE2.1.0)

2- Unable to Install Cisco ISE 1.4 Patch 11 on Cisco ISE 1.4 Patch 10 via GUI

Is it safe to install the patch from GUI if patch 5 is currently installed?

I have installed Patch 11 for one of my customer today running Cisco ISE 1.4 Patch 10 and upgrade is done via GUI and it was smooth.

Tested Corporate Wired/Wireless, Wired/Wireless Guest, IP Phones, VPN users and all are fine.
