Luis,
You may need to reimage this box as something must be corrupt.

Yes, that was our first thought, but we didn't want to re-image it. I was hopping someone else had fixed it before.
Question:
1- If I reimage it, will I loose the Serial Key and Activation?
2- If it loses the activation key, how can I recover it back (as a reference I didn't buy the equipment originally, therefore I don't have access to the SmartNet of this equipment)
Thanks
Do you have your clean access manager in a failover cluster? If so, is this the secondary manager?
Re-imaging will cause you to lose everything unless you have a backup (even then I do not think your licenses are backed up). It maybe worth you effort to reach out to the original owner to have the license files sent back to you.
Thanks,
