I am currently faced with a challenge in renewing the SSL certificates of my cisco NAC system. The NAC is setup in a High Availability mode with two cisco CAMs and two cisco CAS. The SSL certificates expired and I tried to renew them both for CAMs and for CAS. I created a CSR from one of the CAMs using the service IP, signed the certificates with my microsoft CA and then imported the signed certificates into the CAM. The SSO is now started and NAC is functional correctly but I am not able to access the primary CAM using the web browser. The current functional unit is the secondary CAM. I am facing the same problem in two countries where I have NAC and this happened after renewing the certificate.
I can only access the primary CAM using SSH. Please, I need your help on how to access the primary cam and to upload the signed certificates.
