Cisco/Probleme with connecting with Active Directory

iam facing this BUG :- https://bst.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvu63833 

but my version is 3.0.0.458 patch 7

is there any workaround can be done for this case other than upgrading to patch.

The bug you referenced has nothing to do with the symptom you appear to be showing. The image shows you're logged into the GUI, so this does not match the bug symptom of "Failed attempts to login ISE GUI when AD is selected is not getting logged in ISE."

This is likely a browser issue. See a similar post here.
