Cisco Secure ACS v5.6.0.22

I cannot save certain changes to ACS. I have tried I.E.11 v11.0.17 (KB3032359) as well as FF v36.0.1. I cannot move a users' downloadable ACL to a new downloadable ACL. I make the change and hit submit and am immediately kicked off the ACS and am greeted with a login page. When I log back in, the change has not been saved. We are about to embark on a very important project and this is vital. I really need an answer on this one! Opening a ticket with Cisco now.
Any suggestions at this point would be greatly appreciated!
