Hi All,
one of the ISE Node System Status LED is Amber and blinking (Warning Symbol LED) Any troubleshooting procedure for the same to isolate.
Note: server is reachable and application is accessible.
Any help could be appreciated.

I would open a TAC-case for that.

As Karsten noted, a TAC case is your best option.
Those servers are based on the Cisco UCS C200 series so, as far as local logs, you should be able to see the cause of the blinking light via the Cisco Integrated Management Controller (CIMC) GUI.
