Cisco VPN client and certificate authentication

Hello,

I'm using MS Certificate Server to provide certificates for authentication. The problem is, that after changing windows user password VPN client is no longer connecting. Anyone had similar problem?

What version of the VPN client are you running? Generally, Windows password will not have any effect on the VPN connectivity, if the authentication is using a certificate server. What error message does the client show?

We are using client version 4.0.1.

Error message in log:

Could not load private key for certificate cn=xxxxxxxxxx,ou=xxxx,o=xxxxxx,l=Warsaw,c=PL,e=xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.com.pl from store Microsoft User Certificate.
