Hello,

 

I have configured CWA for Guest Access with Cisco ISE 2.7, using MAB Protocol, both for Wireless and Wired connections. 

In Wired side everything works correctly, every device can connect and be authenticated. But in Wireless side some device can connect and be authenticated but other can't just connect to SSID.  

 

Cisco WLC 2504 (Software version 8.3.143.0), ISE (Version 2.7.0.356).

I would suggest you review the ISE Guest Access Prescriptive Deployment Guide to compare your setup as well as other information related to Guest at https://cs.co/ise-guest.

Also review some of the caveats around the Captive Portal Bypass, HTTPS redirection, etc. in the Miscellaneous section.

 

If all else fails, please open a TAC case to investigate further.
