Cisco3550T24 supports Radius MAC authentication ?

Cisco3550T24 is configured for Radius MAC authentication. But when a user connects to that port, it gets authenticated without radius Server. No authentication request is passed to Radius Server, and the user gets connected. Why the radius server is not getting the request ?

switchport mode access

switchport port-security

switchport port-security violation restrict

switchport port-security mac-address 0001.6cbb.1666

Also I tried removing giving the mac-address, but no result. is the configuration on the port am doing fin e ? the switch has been configured for RADIUS authentication.
