Custom field in guest portal

Hi team experts

Customer want to add a few custom field into self-registration form in guest portal .  for example ,  Region ID which also needs input-checking requirement ( for example only 3 letters is allowed  ) .

ISE may support to add custom field but w/o any input checking ,  is there any solution on this ?
