Customize Guest Access Expiry Notification

Hi Guys,

I've been searching for the past few hours on how to customize the Guest Expiry Notification email on Cisco ISE (version: 2.4.0.357) without any luck.

It appears that there was a section on the GUI before to add your own message but I cannot find this on the current version we are on.

Is anyone able to guide me to the right place?

Its under the guest type

Hi Jason,

I can't see anything regarding customizing the actual Body/Subject of the "Guest Account Expiry" email on the document.

Currently, ISE sends out this email to registered guest accounts 24 hours prior to expiry. But I cannot find anywhere (both GUI or CLI) to modify this to make it more useful.

I was wondering when the email goes out it has the ISE logo. Is the customisable to you my logo
