Team,

Please is it possible to customize ISE hotspot portal page to include:

Fist Name:

Last Name:

E-mail:

Location:

Phone number:

I have customer that would like to add the above fields to the hotspot portal page during on-boarding. Customer doesn't want to use credential guest, they just want the guest user to click an AUP,  and provide the above data during on-boarding. I can't find where to customize the hotspot portal or if there is a way to use self-registration portal without providing credentials.

Also, if it’s possible to import a custom portal with those field using hotspot

Please any pointer will be greatly appreciated

Thank you. sir.

Please can we collect other information than email address? my customer wants to collect the below info's:

Fist Name:

Last Name:

E-mail:

Phone number:

Not sure I understand, Please see the document I shared. Hotspot with information collection. You can set it up to collect whatever built In or custom fields you enable in the portal.

Try it in lab with partner or customer to see how it works

Thanks again, sir.

I just tried this in my Lab on ISE 2.2 and 2.4, and I can't get these two suggested scripts to work on the portal page customization or  self registration success after toggling  the  HTML source on both options. Does this script syntax  still work on either of these versions? Also, I'm concern if we manage to get this to work today ? what happen when customer  install a new patch or upgrade ISE. Please any pointer will greatly appreciated.

You have to toggle into html mode and then toggle out. It can be a bit finicky. ISE hasn’t changed in this respect.

Thus is supported as its built in. As with any upgrade need to validate your use cases work.

If needing built in features please work they product management
