Dear Community,
Currently running with ISE 2.1
I am getting empty dashboard after restart the appliance.
I am able to see live logs and all other functions are properly working.
After restart I got the below alarm indicating
Alarms: Process Down
Description - ISE Indexing Engine not running
I lost the CLI access, is there any way to troubleshoot (or) verify from GUI.
Any Suggestions/Solutions would be highly appreciated.

Do you have a patch 1 on top of ISE 2.1 ? apply the latest one if you can.
Also, Ensure that you have Reverse DNS lookup configured for all Cisco ISE nodes in your distributed deployment in the DNS server(s). Here is a supported doc:
