Dedicated router as AAA server?

Hi, our customer is considering using a dedicated router to replace the conventional AAA server in an VPDN environment. that is, one Access server for dial-up connections, and one router for AAA. the customer is an ISP which provide dial-up access to users in a county. Is it possible to make the router function as a AAA server? please give me an reply ASAP. thanx! regards, sunny.zhao

No..Cisco Router can't function as a "AAA server". Instead it can be a "AAA client"..Thx..Tejal
