Did Cisco ISE have limitation for policy setting?

Deat All,

Did anyone know about Cisco ISE limitation about policy setting?

Right now my setting for windows posture policy around 200 windows patch checking, did ISE have limitation such as maximum windows patching policy line?

Hi Joealone1,

As such there is a no limitation imposed on the policy count. But there is  chance that you may hit the peak at some time or the other if and only if policies are not managed in a proper fashion.

Few tips are

-To avoid duplication of policies.

-If it is Authentication or Authorization then you can make use of policy sets.

-Remove unused policies.

I agree with nginjupa. There is not limitation on the policy count. you can define N number of policies but it will certainly decrease the performance at some point of time.
