cloud someone explain the difference between this commands. I don't understand the explaination from the CCO.

I found a better explaination for these 2 parameters on the dot1x commands for IOS.
tx-period seconds
Number of seconds that the system waits for a response to an EAP-request/identity frame from the client before retransmitting the request; valid values are from 30 to 65535 seconds.
supp-timeout seconds
Number of seconds that the system waits for the retransmission of EAP-request packets; valid values are from 30 to 65535 seconds.

I think supp-timeout is client independent but tx-period is client dependent when it comes to EAP authentication requests and responses.
