Does Cisco ACS 3.3 Support Multiple Domain Authentication?  I know it's WAAAYYYYY past LDOS, but the question came up and I figured I'd test the waters here.

No, sorry it doesn't. You can use multiple domains via trust relationships but it's a bit kludgey.

The best approach for this sort of thing is to use ISE. It fully support multiple domain authentication with pretty robust capabilities.
