Does ISE integrate with ServiceNow

A customer has asked about ISE change management features for IT service management (ITSM).

When an ISE admin makes a change in the GUI, what features are available to manage this change (approvals, workflow etc).

We know about the workflow process that is specific for TrustSec policy matrix but is there anything for all other areas of the GUI?

The customer currently uses ServiceNow for change management, does ISE have any integration with this?

ISE does not have an Approver workflow for general Admin UI functions.  It relies on Authentication to local or external ID store with optional RBAC assigned to the admin user.  Guest registration does have an Approver flow.  There is no specific integration with external change management system to enforce a change control.  Please work with Cisco account team to submit enhancement request.  ISE does have a Configuration Change Audit log to track changes to provide accountability for admin UI changes.

I have a use case for isolating the network hosts from Service-now via Cisco ISE.

Is there any ICE APIs available for POSTing the RESTMessage from service-now to isolate the hosts.
