Hi Team,
We are encountering an issue while running the Duo Authentication Proxy behind a Cisco WSA (HTTP proxy). All configurations appear to be correctly set up; however, when attempting to integrate Active Directory with the Duo Dashboard, the status shows as "Not Connected."
Additionally, we are unable to find any related traffic or logs in the internet proxy, which makes troubleshooting more difficult.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or can suggest steps to further isolate and resolve this?
